Ingredients for Making Zebra Cheesecake
- Chocolate Chip Cookies 200 grams
- Butter 100 grams
- Curd 400 grams
- Mascarpone 250 grams
- Sugar 100 grams
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Dark chocolate 50 grams
- Cocoa (powder) 2 tablespoons
- Wheat flour 5 tablespoons
- Salt 1 pinch

Detachable baking dish, blender, mixer, tablespoon, plates.
Step 1: prepare the foundation.
Melt the butter over low heat to make it liquid.
Grind cookies in a blender or rolling pin.
Combine cookies and butter until smooth.
Cover the bottom of the mold with parchment and lay the mixture of butter and cookies on top, leveling.
Smear the sides of the butter.
Step 2: beat the whites.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until a thick foam. Then, while continuing to beat, gradually add all the sugar. Beat until you get a firm foam, like meringue.
Step 3: prepare the cheese filling.
Add the yolks, mascarpone and cottage cheese to the proteins (if it is grainy, then wipe it first) and mix everything until a homogeneous creamy mass is obtained.
Add the wheat flour and mix everything gently.
Step 4: divide the filling into two parts.
Divide the entire mass obtained in the previous step into two equal parts. Approximately.
Step 5: add the chocolate.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath. Add a tablespoon of cheese to it and mix.
Add the chocolate mixture and cocoa powder to half the cheese mass.
And mix everything well.
Mix until the mixture is homogeneous again.
Step 6: spread the cheesecake in layers.
Return to the cookie sheet at the bottom. Put on the base of the cheesecake a tablespoon of chocolate mass, and on top of a tablespoon of cheese without chocolate.
And so alternate layers until you have finished all the filling. Mixing in the form does not need anything, it itself will beautifully spread.
Step 7: bake a cheesecake.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and send it to bake your cheesecake on 1 hour.
After the cheesecake is baked, remove it from the oven and cool at room temperature. Only then remove carefully from the mold and let it stand still 1 hour before serving.
Step 8: serve the cheesecake.
