Black rice with mussels



  1. Rice black 2 cups
  2. Water 4 cups
  3. Sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l
  4. Salt to taste


  1. Mussels 500 g
  2. Cream 10% 200 ml
  3. Sea salt 0.5 tsp
  4. Sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l
  5. Green onion 3 pcs.

Soak rice in cold water for 2-3 hours.

Thaw mussels, peel and rinse thoroughly.

Rinse the rice well and add water to it. Put the cook. After boiling, cook until water boils completely. Then add oil, salt and mix well. Cover and turn off the stove.

Pour oil into a preheated pan and add chopped garlic.

Add immediately mussels and spring onions. Stir frying for 3-4 minutes.

Add cream. When the cream boils, add sea salt. Stirring the cream.

Put rice and mussels on a plate and sprinkle with green onions. Enjoy your meal.
