Boil oyster mushrooms in salted water (20 minutes), cool and separate from the common legs. Add finely chopped garlic and dill to the bottom of an enameled or ceramic dish. Then spread the first layer of mushrooms, add salt and again sprinkle with garlic and dill. In the same way, lay out all the other layers tightly. Fill with water in which our mushrooms were cooked so that it slightly covers the top layer. Put a plate on top and squeeze it with a press (you can use a jar of water). We put the mushrooms in the refrigerator or in another cool place for two days. After that, the mushrooms will be ready for use.
Take out, cut, add mayonnaise and eat for health! Recommended with fried potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
