Skewers on skewers with a sharp garlic glaze


The main ones:

  1. Beef 250 gr
  2. Zucchini 0.5 pcs.
  3. Red onion 2 pcs. small
  4. Bell pepper 0.5 pc.
  5. Champignons 4 pcs.

For roasting:

  1. Butter 1 tbsp
  2. Refined vegetable oil 1 tbsp.

For glaze:

  1. Hot pepper 0.5 pcs.
  2. 4 cloves of garlic
  3. Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  4. Maple Syrup 1 tbsp
  5. Black pepper to taste

Dice the meat. You can slightly salt, but only a little bit, since on top we will cover the already prepared “shish kebab” with glaze with soy sauce.

Zucchini, bell pepper, onion cut into a cube or rings the same size as the meat. We try to cut all the vegetables into pieces of approximately the same size.

Mushrooms cut in half. It is advisable to take small champignons to cut them into halves, in the finished dish it will look more aesthetically pleasing.

We string meat and vegetables on skewers.

We fry hot pepper and garlic over moderate heat until soft in a mixture of butter and vegetable oils, remove from the pan.

In the same aromatic oil, fry “kebabs” for about 15 minutes on each side. Vegetables go al dente.

To glaze with a knife, chop the garlic and hot pepper very finely, add a pinch of salt and grind into a paste. Add 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, black pepper to taste. We mix everything.
