Ingredients for making fruit salad with red cabbage.

- Oranges 2 pieces
- Kiwi 2 pieces
- Banana 2 pieces
- Mango 1 piece
- Walnuts 5-7 pieces
- Raisins 3-4 tablespoons
- Carrots 2 pieces (medium)
- Celery (root) 1 piece (small)
- Red cabbage 1 head (small)
- Lemon 1/2 pieces
- Olive oil 2-3 tablespoons
- Apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Salt 1 pinch

Grater, cutting board, kitchen knife, salad bowl, tablespoon, fork.
Step 1: chop the fruit.
Rinse, peel and cut into small cubes. Let all the pieces of fruit be approximately the same size.
Step 2: pour the fruit with lemon juice.
Put the sliced fruits in a deep plate and pour them with freshly squeezed lemon juice (from half a lemon). Mix gently.
Step 3: chop the vegetables.
Peel celery and carrots and grate on a fine grater.
Chop red cabbage into thin strips.
Step 4: mix the fruit salad with red cabbage.
Mix vegetables and fruits in a salad bowl. Add washed raisins and crushed walnuts (do not chop the nuts very much, leave the pieces larger).
Add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt and mix very well.
Attention: if by chance the salad turned out to be very acidic, add a little sugar, but just a little bit.
Step 5: serve fruit salad with red cabbage.
Transfer the fruit salad with red cabbage to a beautiful plate and serve it to the table. You can additionally decorate it with nuts on top. Believe me, the taste is just amazing! And how many vitamins!
