  3. Soy sauce 2 tbsp. l
  4. Mustard with grains 1 tbsp. l
  5. Black pepper 1 pinch
  6. Salt 0.5 tsp
  7. Provencal herbs 0.5 tsp

Mix soy sauce with mustard, black pepper, salt and Provencal herbs. It is good to grease the fish obtained with the marinade and fill it with the belly of the leek cut by the rings.
