Ingredients for Cooking Peppers Stuffed with Cottage Cheese and Chives
- Fat cottage cheese 250 grams
- Dill 1 bunch
- Green onions 3-4 pieces
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Bulgarian pepper as required
- Main Ingredients: Onion, Pepper, Cottage Cheese
Kitchen knife, cutting board, plate, fork, tablespoon.
Cooking peppers stuffed with cottage cheese and green onions:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients for the filling.
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork by mixing it with cold butter.
Rinse and chop the onions.
Rinse the dill, dry and chop finely.
Step 2: mix the filling.
Add chopped greens to the butter with cottage cheese and salt everything to taste. Shuffle.
Step 3: stuff the peppers.
Rinse peppers, cut into halves and peel seeds with twigs. Fold the curd into halves of peppers and serve everything to the table.
Step 4: serve the pepper stuffed with cottage cheese and green onions.
Serving curd is also possible on croutons, but for my taste it tastes better with juicy and crispy peppers. A very tasty appetizer.
Curd butter paste can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days, taking out to fill fresh peppers.
