Beetroot salad with garlic, nuts and cheese for the New Year

Ingredients

Salad:

  1. beets to taste

Refueling:

  1. vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  2. dried garlic 1 tsp
  3. honey 1 tsp
  4. lemon juice 1 tsp
  5. pepper to taste
  6. salt to taste

To submit:

  1. curd cheese 30 g.
  2. greens to taste
  3. dried garlic 1/4 tsp
  4. pine nuts 8 g.

Cooking:



We wash the beets, wrap in foil and send them to the oven for 45 minutes at 200C (it may take longer, it depends on the size and variety of beets)

We clean the beets from the skin and cut into plastics of 2-3 mm. thick.

Mix vegetable oil, honey, lemon juice, dried garlic, salt, pepper. Dip each beetroot plastic into the dressing and put it on a plate.

Mix curd cheese with herbs and dried garlic and spread on beets.

Pine nuts are browned in a pan and sprinkle our salad on top.

The final moment sprinkle with herbs and serve our delicious salad to the table) Bon appetit!)
