Ingredients

Dough:

  1. milk 500 ml.
  2. flour 250 g
  3. eggs 4 pieces
  4. sugar 20 g
  5. butter 50 g.
  6. salt to taste

Filling:

  1. cottage cheese 250 g
  2. cream 33% 125 ml.
  3. honey to taste

Add milk, sugar, flour, salt, eggs to the blender bowl, mix, pour the melted butter and mix again.

We take a standard baking sheet for the oven, cover it with parchment and grease it very well with oil. Pour the dough and send into the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200C.

Knead the cottage cheese with a fork, whip the cream to a lush mass and combine with the cottage cheese.

On the cooled baked pancake, evenly spread the curd filling and turn it into a roll. Cut into portions, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar or pour honey! Enjoy your meal!)
