Grind cookies with your hands or with a blender. Peel and finely chop nuts. Beat the condensed milk with a mixer when it thins a little, add sour cream and beat again. Add softened butter and bring to a homogeneous state. In the resulting cream, add walnuts and portion all the cookies. Stir until smooth and lay out on a plate with a slide.
If desired, garnish with melted chocolate, powdered sugar or coconut flakes. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
