We wash rice for sushi, boil in 250 ml of water. Cool to room temperature. Mix rice with salt and sugar dissolved in rice vinegar.

We cut thin slices from cucumbers and avocados. Prepare a pancake of 2 eggs (beat eggs, salt a little, fry in a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan). Cool egg pancake, cut into strips
Defrost shrimp. If the prawns are raw, boil them.
Next, we take the usual mold for ice, we line it with cling film.
In different squares we put strips of avocado, strips of cucumber, red fish, omelette, shrimp crosswise (I cut them lengthwise into 2 parts). Spread the rice on top, squeeze. We give our sushi to “lie down” for about 20 minutes.
Next, we turn our sushi into a dish, remove the film and decorate with caviar, finely chopped nori, wasabi, ginger.
I recommend making a template from paper to the size of the mold and cutting out the omelet, fish and cucumber according to the template. Cut the cucumber into pieces, taking into account the length of the template.
