Smoked sausage pasta salad

Ingredients

  1. 400 grams of pasta (recipe on packaging)
  2. Smoked sausage (dry) 100 grams
  3. Eggs (boiled) 5 pieces
  4. Sunflower seeds (peeled) 1/2 cup
  5. Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
  6. Honey mustard 1 teaspoon
  7. Soy sauce 2 teaspoons
  8. Wine vinegar 1 teaspoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Pepper to taste
  11. Canned corn to taste (optional)
  12. Broccoli (boiled) to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: fry the seeds.


Fry the sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Stir them often, and do not let them burn, so as not to start bitter.

Step 2: chop the sausage.


Mix boiled pasta with boiled broccoli.
Cut the sausage into thin strips and add to the pasta.
Dice the eggs and, of course, add to the salad.
Add the fried sunflower seeds.

Step 3: add the dressing.


In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, soy sauce and wine vinegar. Beat with a fork until smooth and add to the salad. Stir, try and, if necessary, salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4: serve pasta salad with smoked sausage.


Optionally, you can decorate the salad with canned sweet corn.
