For the basics:

  1. minced meat 400 gr

I will prepare the basis. I add salt, ground black pepper, chicken egg, chopped garlic and onion to the minced meat. And I mix everything well.

I’ll prepare the filling. I cut the onions into quarter rings and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil until soft. Then I add chopped champignons, salt, black pepper to it, mix everything and fry until the mushrooms are ready without a lid, so that the liquid released from them evaporates. Then I remove the pan from the stove, add chopped greens to the mushrooms, mix everything and leave it to cool slightly.

I grate hard cheese on a coarse grater and mix it with sour cream.

Gathering meat cheesecakes. I divide the prepared stuffing into three (maybe four) parts. I form each part into a ball, roll in breadcrumbs and spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, crushing them lightly. I do not lubricate paper with oil. With a spoon (but also the bottom of the glass) in each meat ball I form indentations in the middle to make sides. Now you can pour the remaining breadcrumbs onto the meat blanks.

Then, in the grooves made, I spread the whole filling equally, and on top of it I evenly spread the prepared mixture of sour cream and cheese. I put the baking tray with meat cheesecakes in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake them until cooked. I have an electric oven, the upper and lower heating mode, five levels, I put the baking sheet on the second level from the bottom from the bottom.

In my oven, meat cheesecakes were baked for 30 minutes. They turn out to be very tasty, juicy, tasty and will be able to decorate your table not only on weekdays, but also on holidays.
