Ingredients

  1. pork pulp 700 gr
  2. hard cheese 300 gr
  3. bow 3 pcs
  4. mayonnaise to taste
  5. potato 600 gr

Step 2: Meat.

Cut the pork pulp into pieces 1.5-2 cm thick and lightly beat, salt, pepper and fry on both sides in a well-heated frying pan, with a minimum of oil, literally 30 seconds on each side.

Step 3: the potato.

Cut the potatoes into pieces, salt, pepper and sprinkle with oil.

Step 4: Refuel.

Finely chop the onion into cubes, mix with half grated cheese and mayonnaise on a coarse grater.

Step 5: Cooking.

Lubricate the form with butter and spread our potatoes, then on top pieces of meat and spread the prepared onion with cheese over the entire surface. We put it in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, then sprinkle with the remaining cheese and put it in the oven for another 3 minutes.
