- Fish fillet (pollock, hake, cod, tilapia) 1 kg
- Tomatoes 1 kg
- Potato 500 gr

Salt the fish, pepper and set aside.
Fry chopped onions, carrots and a stalk of celery in a pan. Grind garlic with salt and fillet of small fish of spicy salting in a mortar. Fry with onion for 1 minute. Add chopped tomatoes, spices and simmer without a lid for 15 minutes.
Add water, bring to a boil. Add potatoes, cook for 30 minutes. Add fish, cook for 10 minutes. Add chopped parsley.
