Spinach Fish Rolls

Ingredients

  1. Fish fillet one fillet per serving
  2. Spinach to taste
  3. Cream to taste
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Pepper to taste
  6. Garlic to taste
  7. Garnish Rice

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the fillet.


Wash, dry and sprinkle the fish fillet with salt and pepper.

Step 2: cook the spinach.


Put the spinach in a saucepan, pour a little water and simmer for a minute until the water evaporates. Then pour in the cream, salt, pepper, add the grated garlic, passed through the press, and cook a little more. Remove from heat.

Step 3: bake spinach fish rolls.


Put the spinach in cream on the fish fillet and wrap everything in a roll. Pepper on top, pour the cream remaining from spinach, wrap in foil and bake in preheated 180 degrees oven for 30 minutes.

Step 4: Serve spinach fish rolls.


While cooking fish, cook rice. Serve spinach fish rollshot. Very tasty and satisfying, full lunch or dinner.
