Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. And put the baked peppers for 40 minutes.

Grind the seeds of zira. You can do this in a mortar, coffee grinder or buy an already ground spice, though it will not be so aromatic.

Let’s cool the pepper, remove the seeds.

Throw pepper into the blender, and garlic. Grind.

Add olive oil, continue to grind to a puree consistency.

After we add spices and salt. Mix well.
