Chicken stomachs and chicken hearts stewed in tomato sauce

Ingredients

  1. Chicken stomachs 500 gr
  2. Chicken hearts 500 gr
  3. Tomato juice 3 cups
  4. Onions 2-3 onions
  5. Carrot 1 medium
  6. Celery 1 stalk
  7. Paprika 1 tsp
  8. Dried Basil 1 tsp
  9. Garlic 2-3 cloves
  10. Sugar 1 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Parsley to taste
  13. Cilantro to taste
  14. Vegetable oil to taste

Cooking:


Heat a few tablespoons of vegetable oil in a saucepan. Fry the onion until transparent.
Add chicken stomachs and chicken hearts, fry. Add chopped celery and carrots. Add 3 cups of tomato juice. Cover lightly with a lid, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 90 minutes.
Add sugar, paprika, basil, chopped garlic and parsley, mix. Stew under the lid for 1 minute, turn off the heat and let it brew. Sprinkle with fresh leaves of cilantro in a plate.
