Baked pork with apples

Ingredients for Cooking Baked Pork with Apples

  1. Pork (neck) 5 slices (1.5 centimeters thick)
  2. Apples 3-4 pieces (small size)
  3. Onion 2 pieces (medium size)
  4. Garlic 3-4 cloves
  5. Balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon
  6. Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  7. Sugar 1 tablespoon (no slide)
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper to taste
  10. Vegetable oil to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


Peel and cut the onion into medium-sized pieces. Cut the cloves of garlic into thin slices. Rinse the apples, peel the seeds and chop very large. Wipe the pork with paper towels.

Step 2: put the pork and apples on a baking sheet.


Place the onion and garlic in the bottom of the baking dish. Slices of pork on top, sprinkling them with pepper and salt.
Combine balsamic vinegar, sugar and soy sauce, and then pour the pork on top with this marinade.
And finally, lay out the pieces of apples. Oil the fruit so that it does not dry in the oven. A few smaller slices of apples can be placed between the slices of pork.

Step 3: bake pork with apples.


Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Cover the form with meat foil and send everything to the oven on 30 minutes.
After half an hour, remove the foil and continue to bake still about 30 minutes without convection, so that the meat does not dry. Without foil, the pork is slightly browned and roasted on top.
