Gingerbread cupcake


  1. Eggs 2 pieces
  2. Flour 2 cups
  3. Sugar 1 cup
  4. Milk 1/2 cup
  5. Vegetable oil 1/2 cup
  6. Baking powder 2 teaspoons
  7. Cocoa 2 teaspoons
  8. Gingerbread seasoning (cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, cardamom, coriander, allspice) 1 teaspoon
  9. Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
  10. Soda 1 teaspoon
  11. Plum jam 1/2 cup

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat whites until lush foam. Add sugar and mix again until smooth.
Add flour, gingerbread seasonings, soda, baking powder, yolks, vegetable oil, soda and cocoa. Mix.

Add more cinnamon and plum jam.

Beat everything until smooth.

Step 2: bake a gingerbread cake.

Grease a baking dish with oil and sprinkle with flour or semolina. Pour the dough, shake to level and remove the bubbles.
Bake the cupcake in preheated until 180 degrees oven for 40 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick or wooden skewer.
Leave the finished cupcake in the ajar oven until completely cooled.

Step 3: serve the gingerbread cake.

Garnish the gingerbread cake with powdered sugar (can be mixed with cinnamon or cocoa) and serve with tea. Very tasty and smells like Happy New Year!
