Salad with avocado and crackers

Ingredients for making salad with avocado and crackers

  1. Avocado to taste
  2. Green onions to taste
  3. Red onion to taste
  4. Bulgarian pepper to taste
  5. Hot pepper to taste
  6. Tomatoes to taste
  7. Radish to taste
  8. Olives to taste
  9. The cheese is soft to taste

Inventory:

Kitchen knife, cutting board, tablespoon, deep plate.

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


The cheese here is soft with greens, you can take another one to your taste.
Olives need to be peeled and dried.

Rinse and peel all vegetables and avocados. After drying, be sure to wipe, for example, with a paper towel.

Step 2: chop the avocado.


Avocados must be cut into small cubes.

Step 3: chop the vegetables.


Chop green onions with thin rings.

Cut red onion with thin feathers.

Hot peppers are cut with rings. Seeds can be removed or left as desired.

Dice the tomatoes about the same size as the avocado.

Cucumbers (check if the skin is bitter) cut into thin circles.

Slice radishes with the same thin circles.

Step 4: mix the salad.


Mix all the vegetables in a salad bowl, salt, add vegetable oil and mix well. Then add the avocado and carefully, so as not to break the delicate pulp, mix again.

Step 5: add cheese and olives to the salad.


You can simply decorate the salad with cheese and olives on top, or add inside.

Step 6: serve the salad with avocado and crackers.


Arrange the prepared salad with avocado in portions, sprinkle with croutons on top and serve as a main dish to the table or set it on the festive table. And although the salad is simple, it is eaten very quickly. You will definitely want to cook it again.

- You can make crackers yourself by frying slices of bread in a pan with a small amount of oil and spices, or by drying the bread in the oven (pre-fill it with oil and sprinkle with salt and spices).
