Ingredients for Cooking Dietary Cabbage Cutlets

Step 1: stew the cabbage.

Step 3: add the other ingredients.
Add chopped onion and garlic, egg, oat bran, salt and pepper to cabbage. Grind everything together with a blender again to get a homogeneous mass.
Add a little breadcrumbs at the end, so that the mass turns out to be drier and better kept in shape. It is possible to simply roll already cutlets in breadcrumbs.
Step 4: Fry Diet Cabbage Cutlets.
Heat the oil in a pan, and while it is warming, with raw hands, blind the cabbage cutlets.
Fry the meatballs on medium heat for several minutes on each side, so that they are covered with a golden crust and seized, kept in shape.
