Ingredients for Making Simple Chinese Cabbage Salad
- Chinese cabbage 1 head
- Canned corn 1/2 tins
- Bulgarian pepper 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Green onion 1 bunch
- Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic 1 clove

Kitchen knife, grater, cutting board, salad bowl.
Making a simple Chinese cabbage salad:
Step 1: chop cabbage and carrots.Chinese cabbage needs to be peeled, washed, dried and chopped very finely.
Peel and grate the carrots with medium holes.
Step 2: chop the pepper and onion.
Rinse green onions with water and pat dry, then cut into rings.
Peppers, peel, wash, and then crumble into small cubes.
