Cooking:For tartlets, unfreeze the dough in advance. We’ll prepare the molds, I have round biscuits of different diameters, one is larger, the other is smaller respectively.
We roll it out not very thinly, cut out an even number of blanks with a shape of a larger diameter. Divide into 2 equal parts, leave one part (this is the bottom of the tartlets). On the second part of the blanks, cut a circle in the middle with a shape of a smaller diameter (as shown in the video), we get the sides of our tartlets.
We prick the lower part with a fork, grease it with an egg, lay the sides on top. We put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
