Tuna appetizer with vegetables in puff pastry tartlets


For tartlets:

  1. Puff pastry (yeast) 1000 gr.
  2. Egg -1 pcs to taste

For filling:

  1. Tuna 1 can
  2. Boiled egg 4 pcs.
  3. 1 cucumber
  4. Tomato 1 pc.
  5. Pepper 1 pc.
  6. Sour cream 3 tbsp
  7. Greens to taste
  8. Salt. taste

For tartlets, unfreeze the dough in advance. We’ll prepare the molds, I have round biscuits of different diameters, one is larger, the other is smaller respectively.

We roll it out not very thinly, cut out an even number of blanks with a shape of a larger diameter. Divide into 2 equal parts, leave one part (this is the bottom of the tartlets). On the second part of the blanks, cut a circle in the middle with a shape of a smaller diameter (as shown in the video), we get the sides of our tartlets.

We prick the lower part with a fork, grease it with an egg, lay the sides on top. We put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

For filling with canned salt, water, mash tuna with a fork. Finely chop the eggs, cucumber, tomato, pepper, add sour cream, mix.

We spread in tartlets and decorate with dill.
