Chicken and Radish Salad Ingredients
- 1/2 chicken breast (without skin and bones)
- Eggs (boiled) 4 pieces
- Radish 1 handful
- Red onion 1 piece
- Canned corn 1 can (small)
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste

Saucepan, cutting board, salad bowl, tablespoon, knife.
Step 1: Cook the chicken breast.
Boil half the chicken breast in salted water (you can add different spices to make it tastier). Cool the finished chicken, peel off the skin, remove the meat from the bones and cut it into small cubes.
Step 2: chop the other ingredients.
While the chicken is boiling and cooling, you will have time to prepare the other ingredients. Rinse the radishes, peel the onions, peel the eggs, and then chop it all into small cubes. It is advisable that all the ingredients are cut into pieces of about the same size, and more beautiful and tastier, a more uniform salad texture is obtained.
Drain the liquid from the corn and rinse the grains with cold water.
Step 3: mix the salad with chicken and radish.
Mix in a bowl all the prepared ingredients.
Salt to taste and pepper, and then add mayonnaise and mix very well to distribute the dressing.
Serve the salad immediately after cooking.
