Ingredients for Making Poppy Crackers
- Flour 180 grams
- Creamy margarine 100 grams
- 5 tablespoons milk
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Poppy 2 tablespoons

Rolling pin, baking parchment, knife or cookie cutters, fork.
Step 1: knead the dough.

First mix the flour with margarine to make a wet, large crumb. Add poppy seeds and salt to the dough, mix, and then pour cold milk here and knead a homogeneous dough.
