We put the frying pan over medium heat, pour vegetable oil into it.
Pour in corn grains and immediately close the lid. We do not reduce the fire.
Literally in a minute, the grain begins to “explode”.
Do not open the lid, shake the pan a little. We do it a couple more times.
As soon as the "explosions" cease, turn off the fire.
Put the butter in a bowl, add boiled condensed milk there.
Combine popcorn and condensed oil. Spread on a plate. With clean, dampened hands, we form a semicircle. Decorate at will.
