Step 1: prepare the marinade.
Cut the onion into half rings, garlic into slices. Crumble the chili peppers.
Combine onions, peppers, and garlic with oil, vinegar, oregano, paprika, and ground chili.

Divide the wings on the joints into three parts, remove the smallest ones, they are not suitable for baking.
Salt the wings, and then put them in the marinade, mix well and leave, covering with foil.
Marinate the wings in the refrigerator at least 3 hours.
Step 3: bake the chicken wings with garlic.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Put the wings on a baking sheet covered with parchment (you can also fry on the wire rack, but do not forget the pan) and cook for 35-40 minutesuntil the skin is browned.
Step 4: Serve the chicken wings with garlic.
Serve the chicken wings hot. It is possible with a side dish, it is possible as an appetizer only with sauce. Delicious!
