Ingredients for cooking meat under a potato coat
- Pork meat (chop) 3 slices
- 5 potatoes (medium size)
- Onion 1 piece
- Cider 1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour 1 tablespoon
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Breadcrumbs 2 cups
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil to taste

Step 1: prepare the potato mass.
Peel and grate the potatoes on a very fine grater, then drain excess water from it, transfer the mass to cheesecloth and squeeze.
Mix squeezed potato pulp with finely grated onions, cider, egg, flour, salt and pepper. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous mass.
Step 2: prepare the chops.
Pork chops need to be made very thin so that they are well cooked. Salt the meat, pepper to taste on all sides and roll in flour, then brushing off the excess.
On top of the chop, lay the potato mass, leveling with a thick layer.
Sprinkle the chop with potato breadcrumbs. Let there be a lot of crackers, so the crust will turn out to be crispy.
Step 3: fry the meat under a potato coat.
Now the hardest part is meat and potatoes need to be fried. To do this, heat a large amount of oil well and lay the chop in a frying pan with potatoes down. That's it, now wait until the potato crust grabs and sticks to the meat, and then carefully turn it over and fry the chop on the other side. You can turn it over several times so that both meat and potatoes are cooked completely. But since our chop is thin, it's pretty fast.

Step 4: serve the meat under a potato coat.
Serve the meat under a potato coat as hot as the main course. In my opinion, no side dish is needed here, except for something like a light vegetable salad.
