Cooking:

In a large bowl we send sugar, sour cream, one spoonful of sunflower oil, vanillin. Beat with a mixer.

Add 2 cups flour and half a teaspoon of soda. Beat with a mixer again.

In the resulting mixture, send the remaining flour and knead the dough.

For convenience, we divide the dough into two parts and roll it into a layer with a thickness of about 1 cm.

Cut out cookies using a shape.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
