Break the chicken egg into the bowl, add salt and beat with a whisk or fork until foam, add warm water and mix.
Add flour in small portions, while constantly stirring.
Lay out the dough and knead with your hands until smooth for 5-7 minutes.
Put the dough in a bag and let rest for 30 minutes.
Knead the dough for 1-2 minutes. The dough is ready. The dough should be homogeneous, smooth and dense, if the dough is too soft, add a little flour and knead well. The finished test will be approximately 700 g.
