Candied fruit cake


  1. flour 1 cup
  2. 3/4 cup whole grain flour
  3. sugar 2 tbsp
  4. baking powder 2 tbsp
  5. soda 1/2 tsp
  6. salt 1/4 tsp
  7. butter 5 tbsp
  8. yogurt 150 ml
  9. eggs 1-2
  10. candied tropical fruits 3/4 cup
  • Main Ingredients Kiwi, Mango, Papaya, Flour, Sugar




Mix whole grain flour with regular, soda, salt, baking powder and sugar. Stir in the butter.
In another bowl, mix the eggs with yogurt, stir. Pour the mixture into flour and mix. Add candied tropical fruits, mix.
Grease the baking dish with butter, put the dough, smooth. Lubricate with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Bake for 40 minutes.
