Ingredients for Salad with Arugula, Grapefruit and Radish

  2. Arugula 60 grams
  3. 1/2 grapefruit
  4. Ricotta cheese 40 grams
  5. Olive oil 4 grams
  6. Lemon juice 2 teaspoons

Cooking:

Wash the radish, peel and chop finely in strips or grate if desired.
