Ingredients

Cooking:
Combine breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, pepper, salt, garlic, and egg. Add ground beef and mix. Shape the meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a pan with a thick bottom. At the same time, fry chopped onions, carrots, celery until onions are transparent. Add chopped tomatoes. Pour the broth. Boil. Add meatballs. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add chopped spinach, cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Add Italian herbs. Add small pasta, cook for 5-6 minutes over medium heat.
In a bowl, mix 2 eggs with grated Parmesan, pepper. Gently spread the resulting mass with a thin layer on the surface of the soup. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Then mix and serve immediately.
