For shortcrust pastry:

  1. Grated apple 750 g (6 medium apples)
  2. Raisins 35 g
  3. Sugar 100 g
  4. Potato starch 2 tbsp. l
  5. Ground cinnamon 1 tsp.

Let's start by making the dough. To do this, mix sugar with butter, add cognac and egg, mix again. Add baking powder and flour (in parts) and knead the dough.
Let the dough stand for 10 minutes in the refrigerator, and in the meantime, prepare the filling.
To do this, grate 6 medium apples on a grater, add raisins, 100 g of sugar, starch and cinnamon to them. Mix everything thoroughly.
Now we roll out 3/4 of the dough and put it into a mold (we have 27 cm).
Add the filling.
We roll out the remains of the dough, cut out any shape of them and lay them on the cake.
Bake apple pie for 45 minutes at 180 ° C
After baking, allow at least half an hour to cool.
