  3. Onion 300 gr.
  4. Water 300 ml.
  5. Salt to taste

Peel the chicken thighs and make incisions. Salt, pepper, grease with spices and vegetable oil. Leave on for 15 minutes at room temperature. Fry on both sides in hot vegetable oil. Remove from the pan and fry the onions. Add sour cream, water, salt. Let it boil. Return the pieces of chicken to the pan and simmer under the lid for 20 minutes.
