Ingredients for making pita roll

Preparation of pita roll:

Peel and grate eggs with cheese on a fine grater. Add finely chopped dill, mayonnaise, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Cut pita bread into two squares. Lay out the pita bread and smear the first sheet with the resulting mass. On top of it put the second sheet of pita bread and lay out the remaining mixture. Next, we turn the pita bread into a roll (we do it carefully so that the filling does not fall out, and the pita bread does not tear). Then we cut the roll into neat portioned slices and put them on a dish.
