- Sour cream 20% 400 gr
- Yogurt 10% 300 gr (you can take and less fat, the yield of cheese will be less)
- Salt 1/3 tsp

1. Mix methane with yogurt, add salt.
2. Line a sieve or colander with 4 layers of gauze, transfer the mixture of sour cream and yogurt to gauze. Close the gauze on top and put a small load - about 400-500 gr.
