Chocolate cake with cherry


For the test.

  1. flour 200 g

  3. butter 150 g

For cream:

  1. butter 50 gr.
  2. cocoa 2 tbsp
  3. sugar 3 tbsp
  4. milk 4 tbsp

For glaze:

  1. lemon juice 2 tbsp
  2. powdered sugar 5 tbsp.

Step 2: Dough and baking.

Beat eggs with sugar in a light foam, add melted sl. stir the butter, cocoa, baking powder and gradually introduce the flour and stir well. Add cherries, you can use any, stir. A bowl of multicookers or a baking dish with a diameter of 22 cm. Lubricate sl. butter and spread the dough, level. We put the multicooker program on baking mode for 60 minutes. or we put the oven on medium heat and cook for about 40 minutes, check the readiness with a skewer.

Step 3: Cream.

Cooking cream: in hot melted sl. butter, add milk, cocoa and sugar (pre-combine cocoa and sugar), stir well and let simmer over low heat. Leave the cream to cool.

Step 4: Glaze.

We make the icing: add the icing sugar to the lemon juice and stir well.

When the cake has cooled, we lubricate it completely with chocolate cream, and on top we apply lemon icing in a thin stream using a pastry syringe.
