Pickle without pearl barley


  1. pork belly 150 gr
  2. onion 1 pc.
  3. 4 potatoes
  4. 3 pickles
  5. milk 2/3 cup
  6. flour 2 tbsp
  7. grated cheese 2 tbsp
  8. 3/4 cup cucumber pickle
  9. 6 cup chicken stock
  10. paprika 1 tsp
  11. pepper to taste
  12. dill to taste
  13. sour cream to taste
  • Main ingredients: Bacon, Potato, Milk, Flour, Greens


Cut the pork belly into thin strips and fry in a pan with a thick bottom in its own fat. Remove the brisket and fry the chopped onion in the allocated fat. When the onion is fried add the potatoes to it, mix and pour the broth. Cook for 20 minutes.
Mix milk with flour until smooth. Add to soup. Add grated cheese, chopped cucumbers, brine. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
When serving, add sour cream, chopped fresh dill and slices of fried brisket to the plate.
