Lavash casserole for breakfast


  1. baked chicken 200 g

  4. round pita bread or tortillas 6 pieces
  5. fresh spinach 50 g
  6. 4 eggs
  7. milk 200 ml
  8. salt to taste
  9. pepper to taste

Chop meat and onions, grate cheese, mix everything. On the edge of each cake, put a few spinach leaves and a little filling, roll up a tube. Place the tubes tightly in the mold. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper to taste, mix with the remaining filling. Pour the lavash tubes with egg mixture, cover with foil and send to soak in the refrigerator for the night. In the morning, without removing the foil, put the casserole form in a cold oven for 15 minutes (I set the temperature to 160C), then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes without it. Enjoy your meal!
