1) For our breakfast you need pita bread, it’s better to buy a ready-made round pita bread or cut two circles from a sheet of pita bread, according to the diameter of your pan. The bottom of my pan is 14 cm in diameter.

2) I pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, put a sheet of pita bread, break 3 eggs, I got 1 egg with 2 yolks. I put a few slices of sausage on top or more healthy products: let's say boiled chicken, cottage cheese, as well as everything that is in the refrigerator: peas, corn, olives, greens, or you can get by with some eggs, as you wish, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and cover with a second sheet pita bread. I cook for several minutes under the lid.

3) Next, turn the tortilla over with a plate and sprinkle with grated cheese. I cover and cook until the cheese melts. If you like a fully cooked yolk, cook a little longer. My family loves soft-boiled yolk.
