Cooking:Combine oil at room temperature with sugar, mix well. Add the egg, salt and flour. Knead the dough.
Divide the dough into two parts. One while we clean in the refrigerator.
Add cocoa powder to the rest of the dough. Mix well.
In order to make it more convenient to roll out the dough, put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Roll out both parts of the dough.
We lay the chocolate layer on the vanilla, twist it into a tight roll.
Wrap it in film and put it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Then cut into circles. We spread on a baking sheet and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Cookies should be browned.
