Banana Cake Sponge Cake


  1. 150 g flour (I have whole grains)
  2. sugar 1 tbsp
  3. egg yolk 4 pcs.
  4. baking powder 1 tsp
  5. salt pinch to taste
  6. milk 100 ml.
  7. vegetable oil 80 ml.
  8. 1 banana
  9. egg white 4 pcs.
  10. sugar 50 g

Sift the flour, add sugar, baking powder, salt, yolks, vegetable oil and milk.

Grind banana in mashed potatoes and add to other ingredients, mix well.

Beat whites with sugar for about 5 minutes, depending on the power of the mixer.

We carefully connect the two masses.

Wrap the baking ring with foil and put out the dough. We send to the oven for 65-70 minutes at 170C. Readiness check with a wooden stick.

Turn the finished biscuit and leave to cool. Then wrap in a bag and refrigerate at least for the night. Next, cut and prepare a cake or just drink tea.
