Caesar with cheese sauce

Ingredients for Cooking Caesar with Cheese Sauce

For salad

  1. Salad mix handful
  2. A handful of cherry tomatoes
  3. Cucumber 1 piece

For cheese sauce

  1. Sour cream 18% optional
  2. Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
  3. Blue cheese to taste
  4. Salt to taste

Salad bowl, kitchen knife, grater, frying pan, spatula, tablespoon.


Step 1: layer the lettuce mix.

Rinse the lettuce leaves, dry and tear into small pieces by hand. Put greens on the bottom of the salad bowl.

Step 2: layer the tomato.

Rinse cherry tomatoes, dry and cut into quarters. Pour the tomatoes into the salad bowl over the greens.

Rinse the cucumber, peel it, cut into small pieces and send to the plate with the next layer.

Step 4: layer the chicken.

Season the chicken fillet with spices and fry in vegetable oil in a pan. Cool and cut into medium sized cubes. You can also first chop the fillet, and then fry it.

Mix sour cream with mayonnaise, salt and pepper, add grated blue cheese and mix very well to get a uniform dressing. Pour the cooked sauce into the salad.

Lubricate the bread slices with butter on both sides and bake in the oven at temperature 180 degrees until golden brown. Cool the bread slices after baking to room temperature.
