Ingredients for Salad with Avocado and Potatoes
- Potato 1 kilogram
- Corn oil a few tablespoons
- Avocado 1 piece (ripe)
- Bulgarian pepper 1 piece
- Green onions 3-4 feathers
- Olives 150 grams (seedless)
- Eggs 3 pieces

- Ground black pepper to taste

Step 1: boil the potatoes.

Mix all the ingredients in a deep plate, add soy sauce, corn oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper to taste. Mix everything carefully so as not to crush potatoes, avocados and eggs.
You can put a salad on 10-15 minutes in the refrigerator so that it is saturated with dressing, but this is not necessary.
Step 4: serve the salad with avocado and potatoes.
