Chocolate Nut Paste


  1. hazelnuts 250 g
  2. cocoa powder 20 g
  3. natural honey 2 tbsp
  4. coconut oil 50 g

Rinse the hazelnuts with water, put on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 160C, periodically open and mix the nuts. Pour the baked nuts on a towel, wrap in a bundle and separate the skin.

Pour the peeled nuts into a blender, and begin to grind, periodically mix and scrape from the walls. Nuts are ground into a thick paste.

To the nut mass, add honey, cocoa and melted coconut oil, continue to grind.
