Cooking:
Mushrooms and onions are cut into cubes and fry together until the liquid evaporates, salt and pepper.
While the mushrooms are fried, I rub the potatoes on a fine grater, add the egg, salt, pepper, and mix the flour well.
I put half of the grated potatoes in the pan and level them. I fry on one side, then turn and spread the mushrooms on the cake, cover the greens and cheese with a lid and fry for another 5 minutes on medium heat. Immediately from the fire I serve to the table! Enjoy your meal!
