Ingredients
- Pork 1 kg (tenderloin)
- Smoked sausage 1 pc. (small)
- Onion 1 pc.
- Bulgarian pepper 1/4 pc.
- Smoked Cheese 5 slices
- Parsley to taste
- Mustard 2 tsp
- Garlic 1 clove
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- Spices to taste
- Salt to taste
- Main Ingredients: Pork, Pepper
Inventory:
knife, spoon, plate, meat mallet, pan, toothpicks or thread
Cooking:
Step 1: prepare the filling.

Sausage, cheese, pepper and 1/2 onion cut into small cubes. Add parsley, mustard and salt if you feel it is necessary. Shuffle.
Step 2: roll the rolls.

Cut the pork into pieces, 1-1.5 cm thick, and then beat them with a hammer on both sides. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, spices and lay out the filling.
Roll the chops, having sealed the filling, pin the meat with toothpicks or tie a thread so that the rolls do not unfold.
Step 3: Fry the stuffed pork rolls.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls over high heat until golden brown (not until cooked), then fry the remaining onion in the same pan. Drain the butter, put the rolls, covering them with the onion on top, pour half a liter of (approximately) hot water, add bay leaf, allspice, finely chopped garlic, thyme and black pepper. Cover, bring to a boil and simmer. 40 minutesuntil the meat is cooked.

Take out the rolls, remove the thread, remove the toothpicks. In the remaining sauce, add flour and thicken, heat.
Step 4: serve the stuffed pork rolls.

Serve pork rolls hot, pouring sauce on top. Lick your fingers, how delicious.
Enjoy your meal!
