Cooking:
Chicken fillet cut into pieces. Add salt, pepper and paprika to them. Mix. Pour in kefir and mix again.
Cover with cling film and leave at least 2 hours at room temperature.

Prepare a suitable form. Pour some water into it. I wrapped the form with foil.
Form barbecue on wooden skewers and put them on an impromptu barbecue.
Send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
